If you booked directly with us

  • 12pm check-out.
  • Complimentary Continental Breakfast provisions (bread/substitutes with condiments; muesli/cereal; yogurt; fruit; and fruit juice) in your unit before you arrive. If you need extra provisions, contact staff and they will deliver it to you.
  • Complimentary tea, milk, pod and instant coffee in your unit. If you need extra provisions contact staff and they will deliver it to you.
  • Complimentary chocolates.
  • Complimentary shampoo; conditioner; body lotion and body wash/soap.
  • Complimentary Peitie brand Spa gel (for those staying in spa units).
  • Complimentary Take home slippers.
  • Free WiFi on the property dependent on NBN service capability (please note all equipment may be compatible and tehre may be neighbourhood interference that can affect access).

  • Remedial/ Therapeutic with a single masseuse for a person for one hour is $170. No 3rd party services are allowed on site.
  • Remedial/ Therapeutic Couples’ massage which you can have two masseuse for a hour of pampering $300 for two female therapists per hour. A male therapist is available upon request. No 3rd party services are allowed on site.@
  • Extra towel packs are $15.00.
  • Stays of 4 or more nights can get one free change pack of bed and bath linen. Extra change pack of bed and bath linen $70.00
